Refund Policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your original form of payment.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days . If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged . If your product arrives damaged or faulty, you have 72 hours from delivery to notify us at helegaly@gmail.com .
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit once the return is received. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
